Alex’s superpower is assisting clients with finding ways to save money. He works closely with homebuyers to get them qualified for a home loan. He pulls together all of the details needed to issue the pre-approval. Homebuyers love the way he walks them through the qualifying process so they can obtain their pre-approval.
Alex grew up in a small town in mid-Missouri so he feels right at home here in Wisconsin’s very own Hometown USA. After graduating from the University of Missouri, Alex found his passion for mortgage lending while working for one of the largest national lenders in the country. When his fiancée accepted a position at Epic, the couple relocated to Verona, WI. Outside of work, Alex enjoys spending time with friends and family and trying new restaurants around the Madison area. He loves playing with Mocha, his Cavapoo (Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and Poodle mix). Alex also enjoys playing and watching sports. He has been an avid golfer and basketball enthusiast since childhood and is excited to have a local NBA team to cheer for. You’ll also find him splitting his time cheering for both the Kansas City Chiefs and the Green Bay Packers during football season.
Jamie believes everyone deserves the best possible mortgage experience. From start to finish, she is working to ensure things are moving along. Although she is new to Stampfli Mortgage, she has years of mortgage loan experience. Jamie is a great asset to the team. She is dedicated, knowledgeable, and hard-working. Her positive attitude and enthusiasm are infectious. She uncovers new ways to support her teammates every day.
Jamie grew up in the western suburbs of Chicago. She and her family moved back to Wisconsin in 2012. She currently lives in Cambridge with her boyfriend, Eric, and their nine-year-old son, Brodie. They love outdoor adventures like mountain biking, motocross, skiing, and snowboarding. Another family passion they share is road trips and traveling. Jamie also enjoys baking, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.
Cindi’s superpower is empowering the team to do great things. She works closely with the entire team to ensure they have everything they need to exceed expectations. She encourages the team at Stampfli Mortgage to grow and share ideas, and she truly values each of them for what they have to offer.
Cindi considers herself to be a retired nurse. After more than fifteen years in the field of nursing, she switched gears to help Jason open Stampfli Mortgage in 2017. It was difficult to leave her beloved patients and co-workers, but the flexible schedule allowed her to focus more on her family. Raising three kids with different interests and activities can be a full-time job of its own. In addition to being a mom and helping run a business, Cindi makes time for friends, family, and community as well. She loves to host the holidays with family and gatherings with friends. She is also an active member of the Verona Area Chamber of Commerce and an active volunteer at her local church.
Ben’s superpower is getting the loan clear-to-close. He works closely with the lender’s underwriting team to ensure smooth and timely closings. He is detail-oriented and extremely efficient which is why everyone loves working with him. The underwriters appreciate his thoroughness, the title companies applaud his accuracy, and our clients value his responsiveness.
Over the last several years, Ben has accomplished greatness both in the office and out of the office. Since joining the team at Stampfli Mortgage, he has become a father of two beautiful children. He and his lovely wife, Ashley, recently build a new house for their growing family. When he isn’t busy at the office, Ben is generally surrounded by friends and family. He enjoys all the greater-Madison area has to offer. He’s known for throwing fantastic parties and being quite the home chef.
Work hard so others don’t have to. That’s Jason’s mission. Be detailed, be diligent, and be dedicated. Mix that philosophy with experience, knowledge, transparency, and excellent communication and you have a winning recipe for success.
Let’s face it, obtaining a home loan is a daunting and invasive process. Jason’s goal is to make a seemingly uncomfortable process as easy as possible. He’s not satisfied with simply getting you the best interest rate. He wants you to understand the process and be comfortable every step of the way. Past clients use phrases like “…knowledgeable, responsive, professional, available, helpful…” when they describe him.
Jason has been in the mortgage industry since 2003. He worked for several different companies before opening Stampfli Mortgage in 2017 in his hometown of Verona, Wisconsin. Opening your own independent mortgage company is a little riskier than working for someone else. But with some risk comes great reward. With his wife, Cindi, handling the day-to-day operations, Jason can remain focused on what he loves most… helping home buyers and homeowners achieve their goals.
You can witness Jason’s drive to succeed outside the office as well. Although he enjoyed several sports as a Verona Wildcat, Jason primarily sticks to golf and bowling these days. Other favorite pastimes include getting together with family and friends, spending time Up North at the family cabin, and watching Wisconsin sports.
Another story of extreme career changes. Kevin went from Park Ranger for White River National Forest in Colorado to becoming a Senior Mortgage Advisor in the great state of Wisconsin. Makes perfect sense that he would return to his home state of WI, but he probably surprised a few when he traded in his ranger hat for a suit and tie. Funny how life can lead you down substantially different paths at different times in your life.
Kevin originally returned to the Milwaukee area to be closer to his then girlfriend, now wife, Julie. Some people say they’d move a mountain for the ones they love, this guy left a mountain for the beautiful love of his life. In 2004 the couple moved to the Madison area to put down roots and start a family. Now raising three kids and chasing after a puppy keeps them pretty busy.
He’s not just a residential mortgage expert. He coaches and manages his adult league hockey team and has managed to turn his children into hockey fans as well. They all love the ice and his son, the youngest of the three, is in his second hockey season himself. Wisconsin winters are no problem for this guy. If he isn’t on the ice, he’s likely to be snowboarding through fresh powder somewhere. Kevin’s a well-rounded guy though, he loves his music just as much as his sports. He and his wife make an annual pilgrimage to New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival, as well as attending live music whenever and wherever they can.
So how exactly did Kevin so quickly become part of the Stampfli team? Well, after ten years of working together with Jason, this was not the time to split up. The success of Stampfli Mortgage hinders on being able to know and trust your mortgage advisors. You need to believe your team is made up of people with the same high standards and integrity. Kevin has the knowledge and the experience to be a great mortgage advisor. More importantly, he truly cares about his clients and you can’t teach that.
